Daniel Akulow is managing

Mr. Akulow has actively been serving Buyer and Seller clients within the
California Central Valley for the past five years. Mr. Akulow has
earned the California Association of Realtors nationally recognized
GRI real estate designation from the Graduate, Realtor Institute; a
92-hour live classroom instruction professional designation.
Additionally, in 2010, Mr.
Akulow has earned the prestigious Certified Distressed Property
Expert® (CDPE) designation, having completed extensive
training in foreclosure avoidance, with a particular emphasis on short
sales. At a time when millions of homeowners are struggling with the
possibility of foreclosure, the skills and education accumulated by Mr.
Akulow will help benefit Stanislaus County area residents and
communities.
