Janice TODD

Raised in Los
Angeles and migrating north over the years, moving to Modesto in late
1981 was quite a nice change from either the extremes of a big city or a
small town. Janice attended Porterville College in Porterville,
California and College of the Sequoias in Visalia, California where she
attained her degree. She has worked in the Mental Health field since
1972 as a Licensed Psychiatric Technician.
In the mid 1980's
Janice, along with her husband, started Dads Against The Discriminating
System. She has appeared on Television, Radio, and did public speaking
as an advocate for Joint Custody. Janice had been divorced for
approximately 13 years before remarrying and raised 3 children on her
own prior to that time. Also on her career path, she has worked as a
Crisis Worker For Tulare/ Kings Emergency Services and spent several
years on the adolescent unit at Modesto Psychiatric Center dealing with
troubled children. Currently she is working part time for Stanislaus
County Mental Health.
After retiring
from the State of California in 1989, Janice pursued Real Estate as her
next career choice. Loving the interaction with buyers and sellers,
seeing how others lived. Guiding and watching her clients embark on a
life changing event is quite exciting. She has received several awards
over her 18 years in Real Estate including the Executive Sales Award for
outstanding sales in 2000. Janice, while maintaining her
professionalism, loves to have fun and is very protective over the
clients she chooses to work with. She stays focused and watches every
detail along the way, including the loan process, to make sure the
lender and all other disciplines are working in her clients best
interest. Her integrity and honesty surpass any monetary gain she may
attain in a transaction or any business she may be involved in.
In 1995, Janice
received her certification and registration as a Clinical Hypnotherapist
with the American Board of Hypnotherapy as well as the American
Institute of Hypnotherapy. She is certified as a Metaphysical Counselor
and as a Past Life Therapist. Currently Janice is taking a course in
Paranormal Investigations.
Janice is a
member of the International Society of Poets and the Association for
Research and Enlightenment. Also to her credit, she appeared in the
National Reference Institute under "Who's Who of Women Executives"
1989-1990 and an honored lifetime member in the Empire Who’s Who of
Empowering Executives and Professionals. Books published by Janice is
"Custodial/Non-Custodial Parent Record Keeper" which has sold nationwide
since 1987 as well as “Quality Time for Dad” published in 2004. Janice
