Janice Todd, raised in Los Angeles and migrating north over the years, moving to Modesto in late 1981 was quite a nice change from either the extremes of a big city or a small town. Janice attended Porterville College in Porterville, California and College of the Sequoias in Visalia, California where she attained her degree.
